Ontological Coaching Framework
Ontological Coaching focuses on our Way of Being, which is a dynamic interrelationship between three areas of human existence: Language, Emotions, and Body. Way of Being contains our often deep-seated perceptions and attitudes and is the underlying driver of our behaviour and communication. Ontological Coaching has a holistic orientation that respectfully generates learning in all three areas of language, emotions, and body as the catalyst for substantive and sustainable change.
This framework and executive coaching training are at the core of my coaching services.

The World Cafe methodology is a simple, effective, and flexible format for hosting large group dialogue. One of my most favourite tools for creating the space required to have anything from simple to highly complex conversations. I have witnessed the amazing transformation, joy, and wonder through the facilitation of world cafe sessions.

my work within the Safety Industry
My coaching and team development to date has focussed on establishing and coaching teams, work-site communication and supporting and coaching leaders. I have vast experience with various safety systems and processes – involving people management and coaching – which has led to improvements in the use of safety tools and processes across many projects in high-hazard industries resulting in safer and more successful operations.
